This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Create front-end applications utilizing Angular 2+ or React.
• Support and enhance existing systems by analyzing and troubleshooting code through IDEs and browser DevTools (F12).
• Build and maintain REST APIs using .NET Core and Entity Framework.
• Implement software architecture best practices, including DDD (Domain-Driven Design), dependency injection, and unit testing.
• Engage with messaging technologies, focusing primarily on RabbitMQ, along with alternatives like SQS, SNS, or Kafka.
• Architect and sustain distributed systems grounded in microservices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications with observability tools (e.g., DataDog, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch).
• Work with non-relational databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensuring ongoing and secure deployments.
• Utilize containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Leverage cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.), including serverless functions and messaging services.
• Collaborate on projects through Azure DevOps, using boards, pipelines, and repositories.
• Proven experience in front-end development with Angular 2+ or React.
• Skilled in creating new features and comprehending existing code, alongside debugging applications and front-end elements in the IDE and browser F12 tools.
• Experience in developing Web APIs using .NET Core.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework.
• Understanding of dependency injection principles.
• Knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design) concepts.
• Experience in writing unit tests.
• A driven candidate eager to develop professionally and willing to put in additional hours when necessary.
• Experience with messaging tools (RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS, Kafka), with a preference for RabbitMQ.
• Background in distributed systems and microservices that communicate with one another.
• Experience with an observability/logging tool like DataDog, Azure Monitor, or CloudWatch.
• Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience in an environment practicing CI/CD.
• Familiarity with at least three cloud services/tools (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, SQS, SNS, EC2).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
