This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Technical Leadership and Standards: Actively engage in the creation of new applications, techniques, and coding standards, promoting the establishment of best-practice guidelines.

• Complex Problem Solving: Generate innovative solutions to challenges that require creativity, ensuring that deliveries are aligned with the strategic objectives of the area.

• Strong Fundamentals: Expertise in semantic HTML5 and native CSS3.

• Mastery of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code methodologies to ensure a readable, testable, and maintainable codebase.

• Mobile Ecosystem: Proficiency in Flutter and Dart.

• Web Ecosystem: Advanced experience with TypeScript and ReactJS.

• Testing Culture: Familiarity with unit testing for components (such as Jest, Vitest, or similar tools).

• Design Tokens and Theming Management: Strategic implementation of token architecture (Design Tokens) integrated with design tools like Figma.

• Architecture: Understanding of how to create business-rule-agnostic components.

• DevOps: Basic knowledge of CI/CD workflows.
