This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support via phone calls.

• Manage consultations and address inquiries related to the Claro Pos Pago campaign.

• Work entirely remotely (100%).

• Collaborate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Formal experience in customer service or sales (minimum 3 months).

• Must have equipment (Computer or Laptop to work from home) - Windows 11 PRO, 8GB RAM, wired internet, webcam.
