Full-Time Leasing Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to support leasing, marketing, and resident relations.

• Lease apartments in accordance with occupancy and revenue objectives.

• Adhere to Fair Housing regulations in all interactions.

• Conduct property tours and showcase community features and amenities.

• Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts.

• Review applications, including income verification, credit checks, and background screening.

• Prepare and organize lease files and necessary documentation.

• Confirm apartment readiness before move-in dates.

• Aid in lease renewal and tenant retention strategies.

• Monitor leads, guest cards, and follow-ups within property management systems.

• Professionally and promptly respond to calls, emails, and resident inquiries.

• Help with work order entries and facilitate communication with maintenance.

• Support the move-in process, including documentation and system setup.

• Keep the leasing office, model units, and amenities well-presented.

• Stay informed about market competitors, pricing, and concessions.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of lease terms, unit specifications, availability, current market trends, and all community policies.

• Ensure clarity on required application details, screening processes, policies, and procedures.
