Full-Stack Web Developer, HubSpot Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Write high-quality code by following best practices in software development.

• Perform quality assurance checks by testing the functionality of web development projects.

• Oversee the architectural design, development, and deployment of the HubSpot suite and WordPress websites.

• Set up and tailor the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.

• Design, develop, and implement API integrations between HubSpot/WordPress and external systems.

• Create and manage custom properties, workflows, automation rules, and templates.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the HubSpot platform.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service departments.

• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs.

• Provide training and support to HubSpot users within the organization.

• Keep abreast of HubSpot updates and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in full-stack development.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience building custom themes in WordPress.

• Exceptional skills in WordPress, JavaScript, HubL, CSS, and PHP.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, XML, and HTML.

• Familiarity with MySQL, DNS, and fundamental server administration.

• Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms.

• Comprehensive understanding of module development within HubSpot.

• Proven hands-on experience with data sources, APIs, and integration tools.

• Experience in creating users and configuring permission sets and teams.

• Proficient in importing contacts into HubSpot.

• Experience in creating and updating custom fields.

• Familiarity with the HubSpot app marketplace and basic native integrations.

• Experience with custom objects in HubSpot.

• Outstanding attention to detail, quality control, and a keen eye for contemporary web design.

• Knowledge of inbound marketing best practices.

• Strong communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.

• Understanding of performance metrics, including Web Vitals.

• Ability to think conceptually and effectively execute a creative vision.
