Full Stack Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the deepgram.com codebase from start to finish, encompassing the Next.js front and back end, GitHub repository management, branching strategies, CI/CD processes, and code reviews.

• Enhance and maintain the architecture of Sanity CMS, including schemas, reusable modules, staging and production environments, as well as the publishing workflow.

• Manage the global design system, component library, Vercel platform, and AI integrations.

• Establish and oversee a scalable QA program while ensuring a launch-ready staging environment.

• Spearhead internationalization and localization initiatives, covering locale URLs, routing, hreflang implementation, and localized content workflows.

• Oversee technical SEO, focusing on site architecture, redirects, and Core Web Vitals optimization.

• Ensure the discoverability of LLMs through structured data, metadata, and effective content architecture.

• Create technical infrastructure to support the site's experimentation program.

• Collaborate with Marketing Operations on forms, gated content, and attribution tracking utilizing GTM, GA4, and HubSpot.

• Uphold cybersecurity standards and conduct regular safety audits across dependencies and scripts.

• Deliver complex site enhancements and campaign pages within a product-driven environment.

• Utilize AI agents on a daily basis and develop tools for secure marketing publication.

• Work in partnership with product, marketing, sales, and external development teams.

• Report directly to the Senior Web Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven background in marketing web development with a focus on managing marketing sites.

• Experience in overseeing enterprise repositories, including branching strategies, CI/CD practices, and fostering a code-review culture.

• Familiarity with headless CMS architecture; proficiency in Next.js with Sanity is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of the modern React ecosystem.

• Experience utilizing Vercel as a production platform.

• Ability to showcase practical applications of AI agents and tools within development workflows.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Technical leadership skills, including directing or reviewing the work of agency developers.

• Prior experience in internationalization/localization, covering URL architecture, locale routing, and multi-region infrastructure.

• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies for production marketing sites.

• Interest in voice AI and interactive web experiences utilizing voice technology.

• Willingness to adopt new AI models and methods, integrate AI into workflows, and engage in ongoing experimentation and learning.
