Full Stack Team Leader – Laravel, Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide frontend and backend development teams.

• Design and implement scalable full-stack systems utilizing Laravel, Angular, and MySQL.

• Evaluate and enhance frontend and backend code for improved maintainability and performance.

• Manage database design, indexing strategies, and the optimization of complex SQL queries.

• Supervise API design, versioning, security measures, and frontend integration.

• Convert product requirements into technical tasks.

• Organize sprints, estimate efforts, assign tasks, and monitor progress.

• Identify and address technical or resource-related obstacles.

• Conduct performance reviews and develop plans for team skill enhancement.

• Facilitate collaboration among UI/UX, QA, DevOps, mobile, and product teams.

• Uphold coding standards, best practices, and perform code reviews.

• Manage strategies for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Ensure the delivery of secure, stable, and high-performance applications.

• Oversee deployment cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.

• Lead discussions on architecture and technical decisions.

• Produce technical documentation, system diagrams, and materials for knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong expertise in Laravel/PHP backend development.

• Strong proficiency in Angular frontend development.

• Significant experience in MySQL database management.

• Proven experience in leading full-stack development teams.

• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication flows, caching, queues, and microservices concepts.

• Proficient in Git workflows, CI/CD tools, and contemporary development pipelines.

• Familiarity with responsive design, reusable components, and scalable frontend architecture.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS systems.

• Understanding of performance optimization for both frontend and backend.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
