Full-Stack Software Engineer – React Native, React, .Net

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive features for healthcare solutions, which include React Native applications, .NET APIs and workers, React web user interfaces, and WPF desktop applications.

• Create REST APIs, event-driven integrations, authentication mechanisms, and data access utilizing EF Core, SQL Server, and Azure services.

• Update and enhance the Windows desktop application, focusing on local storage, integrations with external audiology systems, as well as packaging and deployment processes.

• Troubleshoot production issues across client, cloud, and integration boundaries using structured logging, monitoring, and telemetry tools.

• Enhance architecture, automated testing, maintainability, and overall performance.

• Utilize Claude or Claude Code in daily development activities to design, implement, test, and review modifications.

• Work collaboratively within a remote scrum team through planning sessions, pull-request evaluations, and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.

• Extensive experience with React and TypeScript for web applications.

• Significant experience with React Native and Expo for iOS development.

• Strong proficiency in C# within both .NET Core and .NET Framework environments.

• Familiarity with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, Entity Framework, and SQL databases.

• Capability to take ownership of features across backend, web/mobile frontend, and desktop layers.

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and solid engineering principles.

• Experience with AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.

• Proficient English communication skills at a B2+ level.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with WPF/XAML, Docker, Kubernetes, Windows installers/WiX, SQLite, third-party desktop integrations, legacy system modernization, and experience in healthcare or regulated environments.

• Candidates must be located in the EU for eligibility for the EU remote option.
