Full Stack Software Engineer – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Create product features for both customers and internal use from start to finish.

• Design web flows, backend APIs, administrative tools, dashboards, and operational systems.

• Provide support for products in the areas of insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to facilitate rapid launches.

• Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.

• Utilize analytics, user feedback, and production issues to refine features post-launch.

• Assist in developing tools that minimize manual tasks and enhance efficiency across the organization.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack software engineering.

• Solid understanding of both frontend and backend fundamentals.

• Familiarity with contemporary web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.

• Ability to rapidly create effective products without needing comprehensive specifications.

• Strong product intuition, UX awareness, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in debugging across the technology stack.

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer applications, or high-volume platforms is highly advantageous.
