This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Create, develop, and implement full-stack solutions for state governments and public sector collaborators.

• Work alongside customer delivery leads, engineers, and UX designers to guarantee successful deployments.

• Convert customer needs into technical frameworks and production-ready systems.

• Act as a reliable technical consultant for partners embracing open identity standards and privacy best practices.

• Develop backend services and full-stack web or mobile applications that comply with public sector security, privacy, and accessibility standards.

• Participate in Rust codebases that operate across backend, mobile, and browser platforms.

• Oversee customer deployments and offer technical support after launch.

• Over 2 years of experience in building backend systems using statically typed languages (Rust, Go, C#, or Java).

• Strong expertise in modern web frontends (React, TypeScript, or similar) with a focus on accessibility and security.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and deliver production-ready systems.

• Deep appreciation for open-source software, standards-based design, and community-led development.

• Practical experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills and comfort engaging directly with customers or stakeholders.

• Located in the U.S. and eager to collaborate with state government partners.
