Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and the team to deliver impactful features and milestones.

• Work closely with designers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.

• Support and onboard new team members.

• Scope and estimate tasks with the tech lead, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Write high-quality, tested code to provide maintainable and scalable solutions.

• Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to code quality, documentation, and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

• Participate in hackathons, guilds, engineering jams, code reviews, and planning conversations.

• Utilize AI coding assistants and internal automations while taking ownership of the quality and accuracy of delivered work.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong understanding of both frontend and backend development.

• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Python.

• Passionate about building products throughout the entire life cycle, from ideation to maintenance.

• Ability to excel in a start-up environment and take on multiple roles.

• Comfortable utilizing AI coding assistants and collaborating with automations.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
