This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take charge of the architectural design and complete implementation of global card issuance and real-time transaction systems.
• Develop robust GraphQL and REST APIs that link frontend interfaces with core ledger and money-movement functionalities.
• Incorporate agentic coding workflows into everyday development processes for prototyping, code generation, and the creation of technical specifications.
• Remove failure points in essential payment pathways to guarantee fault tolerance and adherence to regulatory standards across targeted regions.
• Lead technical design and data modeling for lending and digital wallet functionalities.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to convert multi-currency financial workflows into production-ready code.
• Over 3 years of professional software engineering experience in building and managing distributed systems from start to finish.
• Extensive expertise in TypeScript/React Native for frontend development.
• Backend proficiency in Go, Node.js, Java, or Kotlin.
• Practical experience in designing and managing cloud-native architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Active and effective integration of AI tools into a personal engineering workflow.
• Experience with microservices migration or high-concurrency ledger design.
• Solid understanding of system design for high-scale, fault-tolerant distributed platforms.
• Hands-on experience in FinTech, digital lending, or payment processing is a nice-to-have.
• Direct ownership of groundbreaking international financial infrastructure.
• A genuine AI-first engineering culture with agentic tools seamlessly integrated into daily production workflows.
• Exposure to complex domains involving global payment networks, regulatory technology, and high-concurrency ledger systems.
