Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver full stack applications using React and Next.js, deployed on Vercel.

• Create applications supported by Snowflake along with the necessary data infrastructure.

• Design customer-facing dashboards.

• Execute complex SQL queries across customer experience (CX) and marketing data sources.

• Construct ETL pipelines that ensure clean data is stored in Snowflake.

• Establish reverse ETL processes that transfer modeled data into operational systems.

• Incorporate LLM functionalities into product interfaces to enable non-technical team members to query data in a conversational manner.

• Develop dashboards within Omni and web experiences that either embed or enhance them.

• Take ownership of features from beginning to end, managing everything from importing raw event data into the warehouse to delivering refined, AI-enhanced user-facing products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven full stack expertise with React, Next.js, and SQL.

• Proficient in deploying and managing applications on Vercel.

• Direct experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud warehouse, including schema design, performance optimization, and crafting complex analytical SQL.

• Background in building ETL pipelines that gather data from SaaS platforms, event streams, and APIs into a data warehouse.

• Knowledge of reverse ETL strategies to synchronize warehouse data with marketing, CX, or operational tools.

• Capability to design and produce dashboards and data visualizations, preferably using Omni or similar tools like Looker, Hex, or Mode.

• Proven history of delivering production-level web applications, beyond just prototypes.

• Experience integrating LLMs or agentic AI into production applications is a plus.

• Previous involvement with AI-driven internal tools, conversational analytics, or natural language to SQL interfaces is advantageous.

• Familiarity with dbt and Fivetran is a plus.

• Experience with customer experience platforms such as Kustomer, Five9, and Salesforce is a plus.

• Knowledge of marketing platforms like Klaviyo is a plus.
