Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Neobank App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create both customer-facing and internal product features from start to finish.

• Design web flows, backend APIs, administrative tools, dashboards, and operational systems.

• Provide support for products in areas such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to ensure rapid launches.

• Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.

• Utilize analytics, user feedback, and production challenges to refine features post-launch.

• Assist in developing tools that minimize manual tasks and expedite processes across the organization.

• Over 3 years of experience in full stack software engineering.

• Solid understanding of both frontend and backend principles.

• Proficiency with contemporary web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.

• Capable of rapidly developing functional products without the necessity for perfect specifications.

• Strong product intuition, UX awareness, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfortable with debugging at all levels of the stack.

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer applications, or high-traffic platforms is highly desirable.
