This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems powered by AI.
• Implement AI solutions in areas such as customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.
• Create integrations with large language models (LLMs), internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
• Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback processes to ensure AI outputs are effective, safe, and dependable.
• Rapidly prototype, test with users or operators, and then move successful solutions into production.
• Enhance speed, quality, and consistency across workflows by leveraging AI where it delivers tangible business benefits.
• Solid foundation in software engineering, ideally with expertise in Python and backend systems.
• Practical experience in working with LLM APIs, agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow automation, or AI tools.
• Capable of integrating AI systems with real products, data, and operational workflows.
• Possesses good judgment in determining where AI is beneficial versus where rule-based systems or human oversight are preferable.
• Knowledgeable about evaluation metrics, accuracy, latency, costs, privacy considerations, and potential failure modes.
• A quick builder who can prototype, test, and deliver practical systems efficiently.
• Background in fintech, insurance, support automation, CRM, or operations automation is highly advantageous.
• English serves as our primary working language across global teams, and strong English communication skills are essential.
