Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Neobank App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Create end-to-end product features for both customer-facing and internal applications.

• Design and implement web flows, backend APIs, administrative tools, dashboards, and operational systems.

• Provide support for products in the areas of insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to ensure rapid launches.

• Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.

• Utilize analytics, user feedback, and production issues to refine features post-launch.

• Assist in developing tools that minimize manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack software engineering.

• Strong foundational knowledge in both frontend and backend technologies.

• Proficient in modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production environments.

• Capable of rapidly creating valuable products without the need for exhaustive specifications.

• Possess a good sense of product development, UX understanding, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfortable with debugging across the entire technology stack.

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer applications, or high-volume platforms is highly advantageous.
