Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Neobank App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop both customer-facing and internal product features from start to finish.

• Create web flows, backend APIs, administrative tools, dashboards, and operational systems.

• Provide support for products in insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to ensure rapid launches.

• Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.

• Leverage analytics, user feedback, and production issues to refine features post-launch.

• Assist in developing tools that minimize manual tasks and accelerate business processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in full stack software engineering.

• Strong foundational knowledge in both frontend and backend development.

• Proficient in modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.

• Capable of quickly building valuable products without the necessity for perfect specifications.

• Possess a good sense of product design, UX awareness, and a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable with debugging throughout the entire stack.

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer applications, or high-traffic platforms is highly advantageous.
