Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Neobank App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end features for both customer-facing and internal products.

• Create web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems.

• Provide support for products in the areas of insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to enable rapid launches.

• Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.

• Leverage analytics, user feedback, and production issues to refine features post-launch.

• Assist in developing tools that minimize manual tasks and enhance efficiency throughout the organization.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack software engineering.

• Strong foundational knowledge in both frontend and backend development.

• Familiarity with contemporary web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production environments.

• Capability to swiftly create functional products without the need for exhaustive specifications.

• Strong product intuition, awareness of user experience, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in debugging across the technology stack.

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer applications, or high-traffic platforms is a significant plus.
