Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Neobank App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end product features for both customer-facing and internal applications.

• Create web flows, backend APIs, administrative tools, dashboards, and operational systems.

• Provide support for products in areas such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to ensure rapid launches.

• Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.

• Leverage analytics, feedback, and production issues to refine features post-launch.

• Assist in developing tools that minimize manual tasks and enhance efficiency across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in full stack software engineering.

• Strong foundational knowledge in both frontend and backend development.

• Familiarity with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.

• Capable of building impactful products swiftly without the need for perfect specifications.

• Possess good product intuition, UX insight, and keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in debugging across the entire stack.

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer applications, or high-traffic platforms is a significant advantage.
