Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Neobank App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Design and implement both customer-facing and internal product functionalities from start to finish.

• Create web flows, backend APIs, administrative tools, dashboards, and operational systems.

• Provide support for products in various sectors including insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to ensure rapid launches.

• Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.

• Utilize analytics, user feedback, and production challenges to refine features post-launch.

• Assist in developing tools that minimize manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.

• Solid understanding of both frontend and backend principles.

• Proficient with contemporary web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.

• Capable of rapidly developing valuable products without the necessity for perfect specifications.

• Strong product intuition, UX sensitivity, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfortable troubleshooting issues throughout the entire stack.

• Prior experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer applications, or high-volume platforms is highly advantageous.
