Full-Stack Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver product experiences utilizing the T1 Artificial Intelligence and Networking platforms for Intelligence and Security personnel globally.

• Collaborate with Design and Product Management on feature development, timelines, and trade-off evaluations.

• Serve as a product owner, actively engaging in building and designing while influencing T1’s coding and feature trajectory.

• Innovate and enhance the front-end architecture and design system with a Vue 3 client, Golang server, and MongoDB storage solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Engineering or Front End Client development roles.

• Proficiency in reactive frameworks such as Vue, React, or Unity.

• Experience with Golang and MongoDB.

• Knowledge of API design along with REST and GraphQL best practices.

• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and navigate uncertain product environments.

• Experience in cross-functional teamwork.

• Participation in technical design reviews, review boards, or similar technical design activities.

• Experience collaborating with CTOs or engineering leadership.

• Background in defense, military intelligence, security, or other regulated fields is advantageous.

• Must be comfortable with autonomy, trust, effective communication, rapid change, learning from failures, resilience, and independent building.

• Must be eligible to secure clearance with the U.S. government.
