This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Develop and deploy features across the platform utilizing FastAPI services, React front ends, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Run.

• Take complete ownership of sprint commitments, encompassing scope, development, testing, and deployment.

• Ensure platform performance and reliability through diligent monitoring, incident management, and implementing sustainable fixes.

• Collaborate with coding agents on a daily basis to enhance their conventions, prompts, and guardrails.

• Construct solutions for production users engaged in live client operations via the platform.

• Make and document architectural decisions while proactively managing technical debt.

• Work alongside the AI Developer on shared infrastructure and AI-driven products.

• Over 4 years of experience in building and maintaining production web systems.

• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or similar), React, TypeScript, and relational databases.

• Significant cloud experience in deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting systems on GCP or AWS.

• Regular use of AI tools.

• Ability to work comfortably in a remote, asynchronous environment within a small team.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Proven experience in taking ownership of production systems rather than merely contributing to them.
