Full Stack Product Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that outline the problem, target users, success criteria, and project scope.

• Create engaging user experiences, design workflows, and build functional prototypes.

• Design systems that are secure, observable, scalable, and incorporate privacy from the start.

• Collaborate with the product team to review PRDs, designs, and prototypes, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.

• Guide AI coding agents to execute the approved design implementations.

• Take charge of testing, evaluations, and reviews to guarantee high-quality production output.

• Launch products, monitor adoption and impact, and communicate insights with the product team.

• Transform successful strategies into reusable specifications, prompts, and workflows for agents.

• Collaborate with teams focused on data platforms, cloud services, and agents.

• Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products, data, and platforms to facilitate end-to-end improvements.

• Manage a specific product area and oversee the delivery of features from PRD to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in building software products.

• Proven track record of taking at least two products from conception to production and managing them post-launch.

• Solid grounding in engineering principles, including system design, data modeling, APIs, SQL, and full-stack web development.

• Proficient in assessing, evaluating, and correcting code generated by AI agents.

• Capable of translating loosely defined requirements into PRDs with distinct scopes, success metrics, and trade-offs.

• Skilled in designing clear, user-friendly flows and interfaces, and capable of prototyping using Figma or coding.

• Regularly utilize coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, with an understanding of their limitations.

• Experience in delivering features or agents powered by Large Language Models (LLM).

• Practical experience with a leading cloud platform, preferably AWS.

• Proficient in composing clear PRDs and design documents.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in project requirements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Bonus: Experience with data products, identity resolution, or marketing technology; managing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) under legal or regulatory constraints; experience as a founder or with early-stage startups.
