Full Stack Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain full-stack functionalities in our applications built on JavaScript and Python.

• Enhance and manage our CI/CD pipelines utilizing Bitbucket Pipelines.

• Automate deployment workflows and infrastructure tasks through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

• Assist in monitoring and supporting services hosted on AWS.

• Collaborate to enhance system observability tools (e.g., Sentry, CloudWatch).

• Engage in security and compliance projects (SOC 2, ISO 27001).

• Oversee developer access, along with backup and recovery planning.

• Work in close collaboration with colleagues across product, engineering, and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in full-stack or backend development.

• Proficient scripting skills; experience with Node.js is a plus.

• Willingness to advance into DevOps and platform responsibilities.

• Interest in AWS, Docker, CI/CD systems, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and security best practices.

• Comfortable scripting in JavaScript or using tools such as Bash or Python.

• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach.

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is advantageous.

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
