Full-Stack Growth Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance acquisition and conversion web and product surfaces, including landing pages, checkout processes, plan selection, and drop-off tracking.

• Streamline signup, login, account creation, and first-session activation.

• Assist new members in connecting with coaching and getting started promptly.

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests throughout the funnel.

• Establish experiment metrics, guardrails, and hygiene in collaboration with data partners.

• Execute frontend and backend features, APIs, services, web UI, and integrations with the core member product.

• Track funnels, cohorts, and activation milestones.

• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities and prioritize tasks.

• Ensure high-traffic growth journeys remain fast, stable, and observable.

• Collaborate with product, design, data, and marketing teams on growth hypotheses, roadmap decisions, and deliverable product initiatives.

• Utilize coding agents and AI tools for exploration, implementation, testing, and review.

• Manage delivered paths from discovery through to production support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Significant ownership of consumer growth, acquisition, activation, or conversion surfaces.

• Strong full-stack development capabilities across modern web frontend and backend services.

• Proficient in deploying experiments from UI through API and data.

• Experience executing production growth experiments, including A/B testing and funnel instrumentation.

• Understanding of customer journeys, segments, touchpoints, drop-off analysis, activation, and retention metrics.

• Ability to troubleshoot web UI, networking, backend services, analytics pipelines, and CI.

• Experience collaborating with product, design, data, or marketing to transform ambiguous growth challenges from hypothesis to actionable insights.

• Commitment to clear, maintainable coding practices.

• Focus on experiment integrity, observability, and long-term operability.

• Familiarity with AI coding tools and the ability to validate their results.
