Full-Stack Engineer, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain both back-end and front-end components of a web-based, data-intensive system.

• Design, implement, and provide support for REST APIs and integrations with internal platforms and services.

• Construct and uphold scalable applications and database solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in accordance with engineering best practices.

• Create and manage unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to the documentation of technical processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product teams during routine meetings and planning sessions.

• Take part in Agile ceremonies such as estimation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Contribute to system reliability, deployment automation, and performance optimization efforts.

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, including architecture discussions, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience with Python.

• Strong expertise in SQL and PostgreSQL.

• Proficient understanding of TypeScript and React.

• Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and contemporary application deployment methods.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments.

• Experience with CI/CD practices and related tools, such as GitLab CI.

• Understanding of software development best practices, testing methodologies, and code quality standards.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Experience with Next.js is a plus.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly AKS, is advantageous.

• Familiarity with MCP and RAG-based systems is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in distributed teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proactive attitude with a focus on quality and maintainability.

• Willingness to engage in technical discussions and initiatives for continuous improvement.
