Full-Stack Engineer, Python / React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain both back-end and front-end components of a web-based, data-intensive system.

• Design, implement, and provide support for REST APIs along with integrations with internal platforms and services.

• Construct and uphold scalable applications and database solutions.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code in accordance with engineering best practices.

• Create and uphold unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Engage in code reviews and assist in the creation of technical documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product teams during regular meetings and planning sessions.

• Take part in Agile ceremonies, including estimation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Contribute to system reliability, deployment automation, and performance optimization efforts.

• Participate in discussions regarding architecture, as well as implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work on a Product Information Service, a cloud-native platform that manages product-related data and integrations across various systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional software development experience utilizing Python.

• Extensive experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.

• Proficient in TypeScript and React.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and contemporary application deployment methodologies.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments.

• Experience with CI/CD practices and associated tools, such as GitLab CI.

• Understanding of software development best practices, testing methodologies, and code quality standards.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

• Experience with Next.js is advantageous.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly AKS, is a plus.

• Familiarity with MCP and RAG-based systems is beneficial.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within distributed teams.

• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proactive attitude with a focus on quality and maintainability.

• Willingness to engage in technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
