Full Stack Engineer, Node/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack solutions.

• Build and enhance web applications to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to align on requirements and deliver high-quality features.

• Define and implement best practices for software development and deployment.

• Optimize application performance and scalability to meet growing user demands.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence.

• Own technical decisions and contribute to the product roadmap.

• Lead projects from conception through implementation and feedback integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Over 7 years of experience in full-stack development.

• A balanced skill set in frontend and backend development, typically a 60/40 split in either direction.

• Proficient in AWS, React, GraphQL, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, MikroORM, and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with GitLab for CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Experience in designing user interactions for websites.

• Proficient in writing server-side API calls and integrating frontend and backend application components.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent proficiency in English.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Experience in leading projects from conception through implementation and feedback integration.

• Mandatory experience with Nest.js, PostgreSQL, and React.
