Full-Stack Engineer – Next.js/React, Node.js, Playwright Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop the operations dashboard, including Today / Action Required view, Coverage Monitor table, patient detail view, multi-clinic filter, and health page.

• Integrate Microsoft 365 SSO and implement role-based access control.

• Create the intake & consent module, featuring a mobile intake form and SMS → sign → signed-PDF → auto-upload consent flow.

• Implement Playwright automation to interact with the EHR system without an API, manage document uploads, and retrieve schedule/patient list data.

• Take ownership of UI testing for all developed components.

• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect and backend engineer to adhere to the API contract.

• Build the front-end and automation layer for a HIPAA-compliant healthcare platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior full-stack experience (2–5 years).

• Proficiency in Next.js/React and TypeScript.

• Experience in developing data-dense dashboards and tables.

• Familiarity with browser automation (Playwright or similar), particularly with applications lacking an API.

• Knowledge of integrating SMS, e-signature, PDF flows, and SSO (OIDC/SAML).

• Healthcare or EHR UI experience is a plus.

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API is an advantage.

• Design awareness for operational/internal tools is desirable.

• Background in resilience patterns for brittle-UI automation is beneficial.

• Resume in English is required.
