Full Stack Engineer – Java, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain backend services utilizing Java Spring Boot, concentrating on scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices.

• Build and uphold contemporary frontend applications with responsive design, accessibility, and a seamless user experience.

• Design, implement, and enhance ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and processing.

• Architect and manage data storage solutions in PostgreSQL or other SQL-based databases.

• Utilize AWS cloud services for deploying and managing backend and data engineering workloads.

• Collaborate with frontend and product teams to connect backend services with React, Angular, or Vue.

• Work alongside business stakeholders to identify success metrics, create technical solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and automation to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

• Diagnose and optimize backend performance, data flows, and API interactions.

• Participate in architecture discussions, best practices, and continuous product enhancements.

• Report to the Software Engineering Manager and work in conjunction with frontend developers, product managers, data analysts, and DevOps engineers.

• Maintain regular cross-functional communication to align on product goals, performance metrics, and data requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience with Java Spring Boot, encompassing API development, microservices, and performance optimization.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), including the construction of responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

• Strong background with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server), with the ability to write complex queries and optimize databases.

• Proven track record in constructing and maintaining ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.

• Proficiency in AWS cloud services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, Athena) and best practices in cloud architecture.

• Strong programming capabilities in Java, Python, or other modern languages for backend and data processing tasks.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps workflows.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose complex technical challenges.

• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
