Full Stack Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain full-stack applications with a significant focus on React/Next.js frontends and Go backends.

• Architect and implement agentic systems, including AI agent workflows, autonomous task execution pipelines, and tooling integrated with LLMs to enhance the capabilities of internal platforms.

• Create intuitive, high-performing, and accessible UI components and user experiences tailored for internal engineering teams.

• Develop and maintain RESTful and gRPC APIs in Go to facilitate frontend and service integrations.

• Collaborate with product and platform teams to convert requirements into scalable, thoroughly tested software solutions.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation utilizing Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.

• Write clean, well-tested, and meticulously reviewed code within a test-driven development setting.

• Engage in code reviews, architectural discussions, and Agile ceremonies.

• Leverage AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, boost efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a large-scale production setting.

• Strong expertise in Go as the primary backend programming language.

• Proficient in React and Next.js for developing modern, production-grade frontend applications.

• Experience in designing or working with agentic AI systems, autonomous workflows, or LLM-integrated applications.

• Solid understanding of software build and CI/CD methodologies.

• Strong database management skills, primarily in PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and/or Azure.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized deployment environments.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels of a distributed, global organization.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and SOLID design principles.

• Proficient in additional programming languages like Python and query languages such as SQL.

• Experience with Helm and ArgoCD for Kubernetes-based deployments.

• Acquainted with Jenkins, Bamboo, or other build automation tools.

• Experience with AWX and/or JAMF.

• Knowledgeable in Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Familiarity with VMware virtualization platforms.
