Full Stack Engineer – Frontend-Focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance user-facing features with a focus on frontend performance, user experience, and design excellence.

• Take full ownership of features from the technical design phase through to implementation, testing, and iterative improvements.

• Create backend integrations, APIs, and data flows as necessary.

• Define, prioritize, and carry out projects autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Enhance site performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals metrics.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to convert requirements into user-friendly interfaces.

• Troubleshoot production issues occurring in both frontend and backend systems.

• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and maintainability are upheld.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer with a strong emphasis on frontend development.

• Proficient in React and TypeScript.

• Extensive experience with backend systems, APIs, and both relational and non-relational databases.

• In-depth understanding of web performance and accessibility best practices.

• Capability to navigate and contribute independently across a full-stack codebase.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

• Experience with marketplace or logistics platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, feature flags, and analytics instrumentation is advantageous.

• Background in small, high-ownership teams or startups is preferred.
