Full Stack Engineer, Front-end Oriented

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the complete development of product features that encompass both frontend and backend.

• Incorporate leading AI coding tools (such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as integral components of your everyday workflow to enhance development efficiency.

• Convert product requirements into functional implementations while minimizing handoff friction between frontend and backend teams.

• Serve as a full stack "seed" within your team — advocate for full stack practices, mentor colleagues, and assist in scaling AI-augmented development throughout the organization.

• Proactively recognize efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and recommend improvements to product, design, and engineering processes.

• Contribute to the entire product lifecycle — from ideation and design to deployment and iteration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher; preferably in Computer Science or a related AI field.

• 1–5 years of professional experience.

• Strong foundation in at least one backend programming language: Java or Golang.

• Proficiency in Node.js and React.

• Experience managing end-to-end projects in a production environment — not just personal side projects.

• Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and essential backend concepts.

• Highly skilled in mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar).

• Capability to clearly communicate requirements and constraints to AI tools; solid enough fundamentals to review, validate, and amend AI-generated code.

• Self-motivated and boundaryless — you take the initiative to identify tasks without waiting for assignments.

• Product-oriented and operational mindset — you can transform vague concepts into precise specifications.

• Inquisitive observer — you pay close attention to the workflows of other teams and proactively suggest enhancements.

• Strong logical reasoning and communication abilities; enthusiastic about learning new technologies.

• If you have a frontend background, we hope you possess:

• 1. Strong expertise in React engineering, with sound judgment on component architecture, reuse boundaries, and state management strategies.

• 2. Familiarity with contemporary frontend engineering infrastructure, including build tooling, TypeScript type engineering, and automated testing.

• 3. Solid understanding of rendering strategies and performance systems, encompassing critical path optimization, render frame budgeting, and performance monitoring attribution.

• If you have a backend background, we hope you possess:

• 1. Familiarity with high-concurrency programming, with a solid grasp of threading models, locking mechanisms, and asynchronous programming.

• 2. Experience with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), with an understanding of asynchronous decoupling and eventual consistency.

• 3. Knowledge of distributed systems fundamentals, including service discovery, circuit breaking, rate limiting, and load balancing.
