Full Stack Engineer – Decisions Orchestration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop backend applications using Kotlin or Python, and frontend applications utilizing React, Redux, and TypeScript.

• Design software solutions and actively participate in their implementation.

• Collaborate across various teams including Product, Analytics, and Engineering at Affirm.

• Create APIs and data models in line with the established service-oriented architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience as a senior full stack software engineer with expertise in backend (Python or Kotlin) and frontend development.

• In-depth knowledge of best practices for relational database systems.

• Strong comprehension of distributed systems and the impact of architectural choices on performance and maintainability.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong project management capabilities, high organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate vital information.

• Familiarity with AWS and/or other cloud service providers is advantageous.
