Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the design and upkeep of full-stack applications that support essential products and platforms.

• Create responsive and high-performance user interfaces utilizing React.

• Develop and manage backend services employing Go and event-driven architectures.

• Work with microservices in containerized settings using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Engage in architecture discussions and provide insights that enhance performance and maintainability.

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features from start to finish.

• Monitor and troubleshoot your code in production, aiding in application reliability and performance enhancements.

• Write automated tests and adhere to CI/CD best practices to guarantee quality deployments.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing throughout teams.

• Join the on-call rotation to support production systems and aid in incident response.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development.

• Strong expertise in React and modern frontend development methodologies.

• Backend development experience with Go or a comparable language.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven communication patterns.

• Experience with container orchestration and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).

• Basic knowledge of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.

• Capability to assist in troubleshooting production issues and analyzing system behavior.
