Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain backend services, APIs, and databases that drive our product.

• Work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive full-stack features.

• Lead enhancements in database architecture, performance, and dependability.

• Engage in DevOps and infrastructure initiatives, including CI/CD, deployments, and monitoring.

• Play a role in architectural decisions as we advance our tech stack and scale our systems.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to define and implement high-impact features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive backend engineering experience with serverless architectures.

• Strong background in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, RDS) and data modeling.

• Proficient in assessing and optimizing database performance, scaling, and migrations.

• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambdas, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).

• Solid understanding of backend system design and REST API development.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

• Frontend experience with React and Vite is preferred.

• Preferred backend experience with Node.js.

• Experience with TypeScript is preferred.

• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and alerting systems is preferred.

• Previous experience in healthtech, biotech, or working with sensitive health data is preferred.

• Experience in a startup or small-team setting where you have taken on multiple roles is preferred.
