Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, enhance, and sustain cloud-native full-stack applications utilizing Node.js and associated technologies.

• Architect and execute scalable backend services using Azure Serverless Functions and Azure App Services.

• Develop and integrate REST APIs along with other application services.

• Apply Infrastructure as Code principles using Terraform for provisioning and managing Azure resources.

• Construct and uphold CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps.

• Incorporate Azure OpenAI APIs and Generative AI/LLM technologies into business applications and intelligent solutions.

• Create and refine custom chatbots, Office plugins, and web applications.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional and project teams to deliver cohesive frontend and backend solutions.

• Ensure applications fulfill scalability, reliability, security, and performance standards.

• Implement DevOps principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.

• Assist with automation and scripting using Terraform, Python, PowerShell, or similar tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of practical full-stack development experience with Node.js.

• More than 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure.

• Proficiency with Azure Serverless Functions, Azure App Services, and Azure DevOps/CI/CD Pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.

• Experience in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of APIs, web applications, and backend services.

• Experience or exposure to OpenAI, Generative AI/LLMs, and chatbot development.

• Experience in automation or scripting with Python and/or PowerShell.

• Experience in developing or integrating custom plugins, including Office plugins, is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and DevOps practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication abilities.

• Must align with Manila business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, along with the client’s business calendar and holidays.
