Full Stack Developer – React/Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance scalable full-stack web applications tailored for both desktop and mobile users.

• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces utilizing React and/or Angular frameworks.

• Develop backend services, APIs, database integrations, and third-party system integrations.

• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.

• Contribute to applications that are deployed through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.

• Support mobile accessibility and ensure cross-platform application experiences.

• Work with mobile technologies like React Native, Ionic, or Capacitor as needed.

• Utilize AI coding tools and agentic development platforms to enhance development efficiency, code quality, testing, debugging, and technical problem-solving.

• Assess and review AI-generated code for security, performance, maintainability, and adherence to engineering standards.

• Investigate emerging AI development technologies and opportunities to integrate them into the software development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, debugging, and production support.

• Proactively identify technical challenges and propose effective solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Contribute to continuous improvement in development practices, tooling, and application quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

• Strong hands-on experience with React and/or Angular frameworks.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend development methodologies.

• Solid backend development experience utilizing Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar technologies.

• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.

• Experience in creating responsive applications for both desktop and mobile users.

• Experience with applications deployed to or integrated with the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.

• Familiarity with React Native, Ionic, Capacitor, or similar mobile technologies is a plus.

• Exposure to cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable.

• Experience with Docker and containerized applications is advantageous.

• Strong practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Codex, Gemini, or similar platforms.

• Experience with agentic AI development tools and workflows.

• Ability to leverage AI agents for development, testing, debugging, and problem-solving while upholding software engineering standards.

• Strong understanding of Git and modern CI/CD practices.

• Experience with automated testing and deployment pipelines.

• Good grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Capability to understand, review, and validate AI-generated code.
