Full-Stack Developer, Python/Java/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and sustain essential features throughout the entire stack to deliver a refined, high-performance user experience;

• Create and improve both the primary application and internal Admin Interfaces, including user management and billing systems;

• Execute high-fidelity UI/UX, ensuring precise adherence to product designs down to the finest detail;

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to transform Figma designs into flawless production code;

• Work in partnership with another developer and the QA team to guarantee seamless integration, superior code quality, and impeccable deployment;

• Design and oversee substantial, sensitive, and secure back-end logic and infrastructure;

• Assume responsibility for the upkeep and updating of the company’s marketing website, which is built on WordPress;

• Effectively utilize AI tools to expedite the development lifecycle and enhance delivery speed without sacrificing quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of demonstrated experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong and balanced background in both Frontend and Backend development.

• Extensive, significant experience with React (experience with Next.js is advantageous).

• Hands-on experience with Python and Java, capable of handling complex and sensitive architecture.

• Proficient in English (B2 or higher), both written and verbal.

• Proven skill in delivering pixel-perfect UI, with a keen eye for detail and extensive experience using Figma.

• Practical experience in maintaining and customizing WordPress.

• Excellent team player with a solid history of collaborating effectively with other developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders.

• Possess a growth mindset, capable of adapting quickly, delivering results efficiently, and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity.
