Full Stack Developer – Node.js, React.js III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance internal products, primarily concentrating on Backend, while ensuring stability, performance, and technical excellence.

• Proactively identify and address bugs and incidents with an analytical and pragmatic mindset.

• Create and sustain REST APIs and facilitate integrations between internal and external systems.

• Work with databases, conducting data organization, processing, and preparation tasks when required.

• Act as a Full Stack Developer with a stronger focus on Backend, employing Node.js for backend development and React for frontend.

• Occasionally manage Frontend tasks, particularly those related to Backend integrations and maintenance-related modifications.

• Contribute to architectural discussions, suggesting scalable and sustainable solutions that align with business objectives.

• Develop, test, document, deploy, and monitor solutions while adhering to software engineering best practices.

• Engage actively in Code Reviews and Pair Programming to promote quality, knowledge sharing, and ongoing improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, taking part in agile ceremonies, product decision-making, and proposing technical enhancements.

• Demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm for learning new technologies as both products and the company’s technological landscape evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.

• Experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a stronger emphasis on Backend development.

• Hands-on experience with Node.js (Backend) and React (Frontend).

• Proven expertise in developing and utilizing REST APIs and integrating Frontend with Backend.

• Extensive experience in system maintenance/support, failure analysis, and problem resolution in production settings.

• Familiarity with databases, including tasks related to data processing and preparation (Data Prep).

• Understanding of development best practices (SOLID, Clean Code, DRY, KISS).

• Experience with code quality assurance practices, encompassing Code Review, Unit Tests, and Integration Tests.

• Solid grasp of system architecture and its components.

• Capability to manage high data volumes while focusing on performance efficiency.

• Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

• Investigative and empathetic disposition, quick to learn and dedicated to continuous improvement.

• Self-sufficient, organized, and able to think critically to tackle complex challenges.

• DIFFERENTIALS:

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, including GlideRecord API, ACLs, GlideAjax, and ITSM modules.

• Experience with HR-related products or systems.

• Background in Data Preparation workflows in either analytical or operational environments.

• Experience with Low Code platforms, preferably AppSheet.
