Full Stack Developer – Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Convert the current interactive prototype into a responsive, mobile-optimized, production-ready frontend interface.

• Design and develop backend architectures, scalable REST and/or GraphQL APIs, and dependable data services.

• Ingest, normalize, and process property data feeds from external sources, including CREA DDF / MLS.

• Implement tools for market opportunity scoring, property comparisons, and offer pricing calculations.

• Integrate automated document generation and e-signature services to streamline contract workflows.

• Model relational databases, optimize intricate queries, and manage high-volume transactional data.

• Establish and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and basic observability tools.

• Work closely with the founder on technical strategy, architecture, and the complete product delivery process.

• Engage in technical, cultural-fit, and final interview stages during the selection process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in full stack software development across contemporary frontend and backend architectures.

• Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React, HTML, CSS, and mobile-first responsive design principles.

• Solid experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies.

• Experience in designing, integrating, and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs and external third-party services.

• Extensive experience with relational databases, schema design, and query optimization in cloud environments.

• Practical experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker containerization, and CI/CD workflows.

• Advanced English proficiency is essential.

• Candidates must be located in Latin America.

• Bonus: Experience with integrating real estate data feeds such as MLS or CREA DDF, or familiarity with the Canadian real estate market.

• Bonus: Experience with LLM/AI APIs integration or implementing ML-based scoring models.

• Bonus: Familiarity with automated document generation and e-signature APIs like DocuSign.

• Bonus: Availability for time-zone alignment with Toronto (EST).
