Full Stack Developer, Mid-Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Enhance and sustain the Reseller platform.

• Engage in the product development lifecycle from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

• Create robust and scalable solutions and features that deliver direct benefits to partners.

• Design, develop, and test code in accordance with squad standards.

• Create resilient and scalable APIs for desktop, mobile, and other client applications.

• Oversee and optimize distributed systems within a cloud environment.

• Recognize repetitive tasks and develop automation scripts.

• Develop and maintain automated and regression testing scripts.

• Produce internal and external documentation, including customer-facing materials and release notes.

• Assist other business units that require backend expertise.

• Provide support and mentorship to junior developers.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success teams as part of a multidisciplinary group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Backend Developer.

• Strong foundational knowledge in computer science, particularly in distributed systems.

• Substantial experience in developing scalable APIs using REST architecture.

• Proficiency in the Golang programming language.

• Familiarity with a modern JavaScript web framework such as Svelte, Vue.js, or React.

• Experience working within an AWS cloud environment.

• Background in Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of API and WebApp security standards and authentication methods (e.g., API key, JWT, OAuth 2.0).

• Exceptional troubleshooting and methodical problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication abilities and comfort interacting with stakeholders and customers.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary setting.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Collaborative and supportive; eager to mentor junior team members.
