Full Stack Developer II – Front-End Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Actively participate in achieving sprint goals as a vital member of a cross-functional Scrum team delivering product increments.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end components utilizing React (Next.js) and contemporary CSS frameworks.

• Construct and integrate secure, efficient APIs and backend services employing ASP.NET Core and C#.

• Engage in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance enhancement.

• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and engineering best practices.

• Facilitate continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows.

• Collaborate with vendors and technical partners to support augmentation or delivery initiatives.

• Propose ideas that enhance scalability, maintainability, and user experience across applications.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior developers when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in developing full-stack web applications.

• Strong front-end skills with React (Next.js), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind.

• Proficient in building APIs and business logic using ASP.NET Core and C#.

• Enjoy working in Agile/Scrum settings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrate a proactive approach to enhancing engineering practices and mentoring less experienced developers.
