Full Stack Developer – Frontend-Focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop tailored WordPress themes, Gutenberg blocks using ACF or React, and plugins based on provided designs.

• Convert mockups into responsive, accessible frontend code utilizing HTML, CSS/SASS, and modern JavaScript.

• Engage with Drupal for client websites, which includes theming, establishing content types, and troubleshooting at the module level.

• Identify and resolve frontend and backend issues across multiple CMS platforms.

• Collaborate directly with designers, consultants, and occasionally clients to address challenges and enhance implementations.

• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code to strategize and execute components of large projects.

• Transform mockups into quick, accessible, and meticulously crafted websites for clients in diverse industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

• Strong foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript.

• 3+ years of experience in building and customizing WordPress sites.

• Proficient in Gutenberg block development using ACF or React-based blocks.

• Solid understanding of PHP (versions 7.x/8.x).

• Practical experience with Drupal, including theming, content architecture, or module-level tasks.

• Knowledge of WordPress hooks and filters.

• Understanding of general LAMP-stack conventions, including MySQL and Git.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, client-facing setting.

• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude Code.

• Experience with React or Angular is a plus.

• Knowledge of Laravel or Symfony is a plus.

• Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments is a plus.

• Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.
