Full Stack Developer / Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement production-level LLM applications for clients

• Create solutions that integrate RAG, hybrid search, and document parsing

• Collaborate directly with senior business stakeholders

• Manage solutions from inception and prototyping to deployment on Azure and continuous evaluation

• Facilitate sessions with non-technical senior stakeholders

• Deliver clear status updates and navigate effectively through ambiguity

• Deploy applications on Azure and perform ongoing assessments

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in React/TypeScript and Python (FastAPI or equivalent)

• Proven experience in delivering at least one LLM application to production, encompassing RAG, prompt design, structured output, and OpenAI API

• Practical experience with vector or hybrid search and document parsing (PDF, Word, Excel)

• Familiarity with LLM evaluation and observability tools (Langfuse or similar)

• Understanding of Azure services, including VMs, application hosting, and Entra ID/SSO

• Excellent client-facing abilities, including leading sessions with non-technical senior stakeholders, providing clear status updates, and working efficiently amidst ambiguity

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Nice to have: Experience with MCP server development or Claude/agent integrations

• Nice to have: Knowledge of PII and GDPR compliance, including Presidio and EU data residency

• Nice to have: Background in finance, private equity, or M&A due diligence
