Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design and refine landing pages and microsites tailored for paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)

• Create high-performing user interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Establish integrations and automations across marketing tools (APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Airtable, or equivalent tools)

• Leverage no-code/low-code platforms to expedite development

• Implement tracking solutions and conversion measurement methods (Google Tag Manager, pixels, custom events)

• Maintain performance standards, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and GEO aspects

• Work closely with media buyers and the marketing team to enhance campaign performance

• Ensure that pages and funnels adhere to Meta and Google advertising guidelines

• Develop and manage CRO experiments, such as A/B testing, heatmaps, and conversion analysis

• Utilize Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative coding

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating landing pages for performance-driven marketing campaigns

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Familiarity with no-code/low-code solutions (Lovable, Webflow, Unbounce, or similar tools)

• Experience with marketing tracking tools (GTM, pixels, and conversion event tracking)

• Comprehensive understanding of technical GEO (semantic structuring, optimization for generative engines, and organizing data for AI)

• Insight into acquisition funnels and relevant marketing metrics

• Awareness of Meta and Google Ads policies

• Capability to iterate rapidly based on analytical data

• Proficient in using Git for version control (including basic branching, commits, and pull requests)
