Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Design, build, deploy, and oversee applications that support Gorilla Commerce’s business objectives.

• Grasp the business context and convert it into actionable functional requirements.

• Create and sustain web applications utilizing component-based frameworks like ReactJS for the front end and Python or C# for the back end.

• Introduce new features and refine code by applying development patterns and best practices.

• Guarantee that applications are scalable, efficient, resilient, and performant.

• Build secure, efficient, and well-documented APIs and back-end services using C#, Python, or .NET Core.

• Design and oversee relational and NoSQL databases.

• Enhance database performance and optimize queries.

• Collaborate through remote work tools in a dynamic, customer-centric e-commerce setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of full stack development experience in a corporate setting.

• More than 5 years of experience with component-based front-end frameworks.

• Strong background in database management and optimization.

• Familiarity with coding assistants and AI-DLC.

• Knowledge of Test Driven Development methodologies.

• Backend development experience with C#, .NET Core, or Python.

• Front-end development experience with ReactJS.

• Experience with databases such as Postgres and MongoDB.

• Previous work experience for a U.S.-based company.

• International contractor arrangement.
