This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and construct a scalable, modular web application from the ground up utilizing contemporary frameworks (e.g., Next.js, TypeScript).
• Create and implement REST APIs and webhook systems for seamless integration with third-party tools (such as CRM, billing, logistics systems, etc.).
• Develop AI-driven features to enhance workflows, automation, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate during product discovery to identify edge cases, technical gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
• Contribute to the understanding of market needs and workflows to inform product development choices.
• Oversee the complete development lifecycle, including deployment, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Construct a versatile and extensible system capable of accommodating future integrations and product growth.
• Engage in pair programming sessions (~10%) to review work, share insights, and align with stakeholders.
• Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and architectures based on their suitability rather than familiarity.
• A minimum of 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying at least one production-level application.
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing AI tools within development workflows.
• Solid understanding of system design, APIs, and scalable architecture.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with changing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical decisions clearly.
• Capability to take initiative and work autonomously without continuous supervision.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a readiness to constructively challenge ideas.
• A curiosity to explore various solutions prior to selecting a tech stack.
• A passion for coding beyond professional obligations (including side projects and experimentation).
• A builder mentality with experience in creating products rather than just maintaining or debugging them.
• Flexible schedule with a minimum of 50% overlap with EST (U.S. Eastern Time).
• Ability to attend meetings and respond to key communications outside of standard working hours when necessary.
