Full Stack AI Engineer – React, NodeJS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop responsive and user-friendly mobile-first interfaces utilizing React and React Native.

• Execute contemporary UI/UX designs, focusing on accessibility and performance.

• Connect frontend applications with backend APIs and services.

• Create and implement scalable backend systems.

• Enhance application performance and establish effective state management.

• Build cross-platform mobile applications leveraging Expo and React Native.

• Construct data processing pipelines and background tasks.

• Design full-stack architectures that support both web and mobile platforms.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly.

• Implement real-time functionalities using WebSockets.

• Deploy and manage applications within cloud environments (AWS, GCP).

• Monitor system performance and address issues across the entire stack.

• Produce thorough technical documentation.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline OR equivalent professional experience with a strong technical portfolio.

• Over 7 years of experience in full-stack product development.

• Familiarity with growth strategies.

• Proficient in testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end).

• Experience with performance optimization and monitoring tools.

• Expertise in mobile-first development and responsive design principles.

• Advanced proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Strong experience with React, hooks, context API, and state management techniques.

• Proficient in modern CSS, styled-components, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of the Expo framework and its development workflow.

• Strong capability in server-side JavaScript/TypeScript development.

• Experience in creating RESTful APIs and web services.

• Primary database expertise in MongoDB, with Redis utilized for caching.

• Familiarity with authentication methods: JWT, OAuth, and session management.
