Full Cycle Recruiter, Dutch-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Implement sourcing strategies with an emphasis on engaging passive candidates.

• Serve as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers, acting as the primary point of contact for recruitment needs.

• Oversee the recruitment delivery process to successfully fill open positions.

• Ensure compliance with account SLAs and KPIs.

• Provide insights on recruitment trends and market intelligence to shape hiring decisions.

• Track and analyze recruitment activities to aid in precise volume forecasting.

• Offer professional guidance and timely, candid feedback to candidates in line with recruitment best practices.

• Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships while delivering exceptional service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Dutch.

• Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing sector.

• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders at various stages of the recruitment lifecycle concurrently.

• Familiarity with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

• Comprehensive knowledge of ATS/CRM, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
